RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Cadis, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange with 14 days from the date when your order was delivered.

Follow the guidelines below to proceed with a return:

  •  Please request an Exchange Authorisation within 14 days of receiving the order by sending an email to service@cadis.shop
  • If the original item is not returned within 14 days of exchange submission, you will be charged for the original.
  • Please make sure all creations are returned new, unused, item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. We will not accept the exchange if the jewelry item is damaged or worn. Please enclose any additional items (jewelry box, promotional gifts). Make sure the security tag is left on. We only accept items with their original security tag, we can only  issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing of your exchange.
  • Cadis reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount credited to you including the shipping fees.
