REFUND POLICY

Customers who purchased Cadis products directly through the Cadis Website may return the item for a full credit card refund provided that the item is postmarked for return within 14 days of initial delivery to the customer and in original packaging and original condition. Items returned postmarked after 14 days from delivery and before 30 days will receive a merchandise credit for Cadis items available through our Website only provided the item is in its original packaging and original condition.

Any items purchased through the Cadis Website returned without original packaging or damage may be subject to a fee, including but not limited to, refurbishing charges, polishing, and restocking (“Restocking Fee”). The Restocking Fee will be determined by Cadis in its sole discretion and customers will be notified of such. Cadis reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse returned items purchased through the Cadis Website.

Please note items purchased through our network of authorized retailers are subject to their return policies, and customers who purchased through the Website may not return to an authorized retailer. Customers who purchased directly through the Cadis Website may only return items through Cadis and subject to these Terms.
