What is your shipping policy?

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States of America.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. Cadis is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.

 

If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact our Client Services Team at service@cadis.shop and we would be happy to provide guidance. Our team is available to help you Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5:30 PM PST.

 

Special Order times will take 8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the piece. We will keep you updated about expected delivery times in an email.

How can I make a return or exchange?

At Cadis, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange with 14 days from the date when your order was delivered.

Follow the guidelines below to proceed with a return:

  • Please request an Exchange Authorisation within 14 days of receiving the order by sending an email to service@cadis.shop.
  • If the original item is not returned within 14 days of exchange submission, you will be charged for the original.
  • Please make sure all creations are returned new, unused, item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. We will not accept the exchange if the jewelry item is damaged or worn. Please enclose any additional items (jewelry box, promotional gifts). Make sure the security tag is left on. We only accept items with their original security tag, we can only issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing of your exchange.
  • Cadis reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount credited to you including the shipping fees.

Cadis offers complimentary shipping and returns for all online orders.

Can I track my online order?

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment.
